Info needed - OEGB vs Modern vs American Game Birds

I recently acquired a flock of Game Birds from someone who moved and abandoned the birds. I know the guy had a breeding program and that some of the birds were very expensive...but he had to vacate due to foreclosure. Anyway, I don't need them and want to place them but need to know what they are so I don't misrepresent them Can someone tell me the differences between OEGB, Modern GB, and American GB? And is there a visable way to tell them apart? Also the reds and greys are obvious but several of the roos are brown with blonde head and neck...what is this color called?
