Info needed on hatching eggs!!!

I'm new to this egg incubating thing starting last year. I tried 4 times but failed. I'm trying now and eggs are fertile. Its day 17 but not sure on a couple of things help would be Nice!! How much can the eggs be candled?? how long can they be out of incubator at max? Also the temp has been jumping. it has never been above 100 though. It is between 96...97 and 99. Is this a real bad thing will they die or just hatch late. any tips. Friday June 8 is the big day I hope!!! Thanks all so very much!!!!!

Hi, I usually candle once a week I see no need to do it any more than that.on your temps its better to be low then high,if they are low that will delay your hatch but you should be okay.
