Couldn’t really find the rite place to post this but anyway I’m getting some chicks in the mail this week and I think I read somewheres about notifying my local post of live animals basically is this true have any info would be appreciated.

You don’t have to but it helps for them to keep an eye out for your live birds package and for them to call you right away.

The faster they spot your package and call you the higher chances of survival your chicks will have since you’ll pick them up faster and get them food and water and warmth.

I got lucky and only live like 4 hours from the hatchery come to find out so they should be here fast.
