info on hatching egg ASAP

If the pip cracks are towards the bottom of the egg..should it be turned up so the chick doesn't drown? And if so how long should you wait to do this?

What do you mean the bottom? The big or small end? They generally pip toward the big end where the aircell is, and they should be on their sides or with the big end tilted up.

I mean that it started to pip closer the where the egg is on the mesh the the part that faces up.
