Info. on LS-50?

It was suggested we use this on one of our hens that has been sick. I see it is a powder. Where can you get it? Does it come in a liquid?. Told to give her a shot of it down her throat. I guess you just mix with water and squirt in? Any suggestions where I can get it? My local tractor supply only had LA-200. Please advise. Thanks!

If it was for a respiratory infection LA200 can be used too,
