Maybe there are a few other chickens at home, but you have building skills and an unlimited budget. You live on acres and acres, so that crowing is a non-issue.

With those conditions, and chickens #2 and #3--just give me a decade or so, and I'll have a bunch of new "breeds" of chickens! They would have crests or no crests, V-comb or pea comb or perhaps single comb, autosexing and not, probably some wild-type coloration and some Buff Columbian and some solid Buffs and maybe some Wheaten, all with white legs or blue. And there might be more than one color of eggs, depending on the genes those birds have. Lots of fun options to daydream about!
Still no feathered feet for me, even if it's only muddy sometimes.
(Although if I already had some chickens under those conditions, I would probably have so many projects already in progress that I would be too busy to add any of the chickens in the picture.)
