I'm wondering what are the best sources of information about peafowl on the internet? I'm not talking about the usual endlessly repeated basic stuff that's on so many sites or the occasional raving nutter. I mean actual hard to find information that reliable and that at least stands up to scrutiny.
I had always found this forum to be one of the biggest and best, however I found a forum the other day, were they where claiming to be "the largest source of peafowl information on the Internet" with BYC a distant second (not sure how this stacks up though, BYC peafowl sub-section has twice as many topics and 20,000 more posts and that's even though their sub-section covers pheasants and peafowl - still since they never quantify what criteria they've used I'm in no position to dispute their claim ).
Still it got me thinking how do you quantify these things and I'm wondering what sites I might have missed out on...... any ideas?
