Information on hatching la bresse

I am getting 6 la bresse eggs today that I will be incubating. I read that these eggs are not the easiest to hatch as they void a bloom, therefore, a dry incubation method is needed so that they loose enough weight to be able to hatch.
Has anyone had experience hatching this breed? And what method did you use, or find best to hatch?

Has no one on BYC hatched la bresse?

I recently incubated 6 eggs using the wet method. Only two chicks survived. Apparently 40% hatch rate is about normal for posted eggs. I may try the dry method now that I have six more Bresse eggs to see if there is a difference. Please let me know on which method you decide on and how you get on. I will do the same. Here's a picture of one of my chicks at two days old.
