Information on silkie pair

1) is the roosters comb and wattle to red?
2) what color would he be considered?
3)the black hen, she just started laying so she is about 6 months old. Will her crest get fuller?

in my birds, his comb is too red, my roosters comb looks like your hens. Your hens crest probably wont get bigger unless its been pecked out some

What's his color pattern called? Is either if them worth entering in shows?

I'd call him a red but you can ask on the silkie thread on here they can answer both the color and show question better than me, but from the one show I have been to (small show) the end of the beak was all you could see of their faces.

im sorry but that silkie roos crest is to red the crest is to small on the hen and the roosters color looks mixed but he looks to have some buff in him i would not enter them in a show but they are very pretty birds.

Yes they are maybe they will breed well. I even have a frizzle serama I am going to place with them
