Tractor Supply sells Purina Start and Grow chick starter (medicated) in 50 lb. bags and Dumor chick starter (medicated) in 25 and 50 lb. bags, plus non-medicated. The amprollium (not an antibiotic but a coccidiostat) supposedly is in small amounts to help them build up immunity a little at a time until they are grown when you then take them off of it. There are so many posts on here every day about people's chicks having suspected outbreaks of cocci that I wanted to give my chicks a better chance for survival since their doesn't seem to be a downside.
