Hoping for some help to determine what we are dealing with here... noticed bleeding on the bantams feet so we washed him and the feather follicles look really irritated. Some are broken, some haven't broken out of the straw like casing, and around the feathers it is red. Is this just a feathered feet problem or mites?

It seems to be more of a feathered foot issue.
The redness could be hormones or some irritation. You can apply a bit of vaseline or NuStock cream to the scales of the feet to help soothe them.
If you have a broken feather that bleeds and won't stop, pull it out.
