Inheritting Vaccines?

I'm getting a new chicken today that was barnyard bred. The owner says she hasn't given them any vaccines but all of her chickens that were bought had vaccines. So I was wondering if the chicks of these parents will inherit these vaccines or immunities? The reason I am asking is because I will be adding this Olive Egger to my flock of ten that I got vaccinated for diseases at the store. Thanks! P.S. I'm new to chickens so go easy on me, please.

I don't think the offspring of those vaccinated have any benefits but am not sure.
