I rescued a baby cottontail rabbit from one of the many outdoor cats that live in my neighborhood. I am guessing he is about 3 weeks old, he is at least old enough to survive without a mom. I didn't see any bleeding or cuts on the bunny but there could be internal damage. The bunny is not really moving, only a few slow hops here and there. It also almost looks like he is squinting his eyes. Right now he is in my turtle enclosure because I have no where else to keep him. There is grass and dandelions in their for him to eat, and there is a shallow dish of water in the corner. I don't know what's wrong with him, I don't really know anything about rabbits. If anyone could help that would be great. I want to release him as soon as possible! Here are some pictures:

If you have a wildlife rehab/rescue anywhere nearby, I would call them. Cats have bacteria in their mouths that can cause deadly infections in small animals and birds even from a very tiny wound. An antibiotic might be necessary, they would be the best place to get advice.
