Injured bird question. Cull or slaughter?

One of my Cxs got excited at feeding time and jumped up on the top of her pen. Then she jumped down and hasn't moved since. I'm currently carrying her around to her feed and her water, in and out of the sun, etc. Wherever her compadres are hanging out, I carry her.

She's still eating and drinking, but is beginning to look pale. Thing is, we are getting very close to slaughter. Would you slaughter or cull? I'm worried about possible infection, though she seems content enough despite the inability to really move.

when was the injury...as long as temperature is not elevated i would slaughter

A couple days ago. We were planning on slaughtering this week, but need a sharper knife so are just waiting until we get one.

I don't know why it is bothering me more to think of culling than of slaughtering. I feel so bad for her, but she seems happy enough when I take them outside. I've been feeding her first because the others seem to stand on her when I put the feed dish in, but other than that they've left her alone. One even lays down next to her sometimes.
