Injured chick! Help pls

We think a chick hatched overnight and in the morning when picking them we found one chick like that

No incubating it was hatched by our hen

Then there are many possibilities may be the hen did it to her or there were to many eggs for your hen so she could not cover this one which can lead to chicks with deformities

It looks like an injury tho I can still see some blood and her other eye is good

Her father and a hen lays eggs next to her but don't really stay with her alot, other hens are usually free ranging

The father of the chick , shouldn't he be friendly with the chick

She hatched alot next to them tho that's the first time I think
