Injured chick, should I do anything?

It hatched via mama bird no less than 3 days ago, and this whole time fine. I come home from work and it isn’t standing on one leg and has this red spot on its... knee? I don’t know if a bigger bird crushed it. I think one managed to get to them today, or if it just had shit luck. Is there anything I should do for it?

Looks like a possible Sprain. Nothing too concerning.

Do you have anti inflammatory cream? Like Cortisone 10?
