Injured Chick!!

Help!! I have an injured chick that has something I've never seen... I'm used to nursing a Furrier kind of friend.... im not even sure how it got injured but it happened 2 days ago. The wound has been washed and and sprayed with anti bacterial medicine and the chick has been kept in a calm secluded place to heal. Then today I got home and it had this bubble looking spot near the wound. Has anyone

seen this before? And ideas or suggestions?

Looks like it's full of air?
Hard to tell where on the body this is...
Is it full of air from like her breathing or is it full of liquid..like from her drinking water?

It looks like air to me. Just not sure if there is anything I can do about it...

Looks like a ruptured air sac to me, also known as subcutaneous-emphysema.
