Injured chick

I just got finished incubating some gags and have new baby chicks. One of my chicks is alert and chirping but it can not stand up. I'm not sure what part is injuries, either a leg or a wing. What can I do for it. It just lays on its side and squirms around.

I'd give a new hatch 24 hours to find it's feet. Then would see if it's legs are in the hip joints (slipped tendons) or if it just has splayed legs. Splayed legs can be potentially fixed by taping the legs together at the proper width using a bandaid.

It has been about 36 hours since it has hatched. I think it might possibly be in his hip joint. I don't see anything unusual about its feet. It just can bare any weight on its L side.
