Injured Chicken - Dislocated Leg?

This poor guy (girl?) has been having a rough time. The leg he's holding up is clearly injured, but I'm not sure what to do about it. He seems unable to to curl it up (in contrast to the other leg that is curled in the photo) and appears to be in pain when trying to walk. The joint he's holding up is visibly swollen. Do you think it's dislocated? And if so, what can be done for him?

Delaware chicken, gender unknown, 2 1/2 weeks old.
