Injured chicken

Hello! We have a 16 week old pullet that i noticed is injured. The front of her comb is a little bloody and the tip of her beak is cracked. I don’t know what exactly happened, but i’m a little worried. She is eating, but only in smaller bites. Is there anything i can do?

The comb might be from an older bird putting her in her place, while the beak is from pecking on hard surface
