Injured chicken

one of my chickens on her neck looks like the other chickens are pecking away at it..not sure what to do? Any suggestions?

Do you have a dog crate or pen that you can separate her with food and water? Are the feathers missing, or is it bloody? Pictures are helpful. If it is raw and bleeding vetericyn wound spray, saline, or chlorhexidene can be used to clean it. Then apply plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day. Are they overcrowded or bored from not getting outside. Is she new to the flock?
