Injured chicken

Yesterday my flock was spooked and my silver lace (Laci) flew against the wire and appears to have injured her legs. When walking she will list to one side or the other and almost fall - then sit down to rest. She is eating and drinking but still appears in shock and will go inside the coop to rest. Should I take her to the vet or just continue to observe her?

That is something only you can tell. I would keep her warm and calm.
