Injured chickens after dog attack

I came out of my house yesterday and found a dog that we have never seen before 2 days ago chewing on one of my hens. I got over to find her dead so we went looking for the other 11 hens. After a 6 hour search we found 3 dead and 5 injured and 4 not injured. They range in the ages of 6 months to 5 years old. The injured ones (some worse than others) all have tears and holes in their back and one also has a broken wing on top of those injuries she is 5 yrs old and the one that is injured the worst is wheezing and i think she might have a punctured lung she is also 5yrs old, the other 3 injured are 1is 2 yrs old and 2 are 6 months. I am frustrated and very saddened by all of this and vet is not an option. All 5 injured made it through the night. I do not have any pictures yet. By the time we found them all and put the survivors up it was dark out. Will be doing a more thorough look at them today and cleaning them up more. Any help is appreciated.

So sorry for the losses and injuries... That is very tough to handle... I would say without seeing pictures at the very least rinse the wounds with a saline solution and then apply Veterycin and or Betadine. I hope all of the survivors make a full recovery.

Thank you I do too. We've never had this happened before. We've had one disappear a couple times and ill ones but never this big of an incident

Thank you. I kind of pushed it to the back of my mind as soon as I saw all the feathers and the dog. But definitely pooped me out

Can i add some aspirin to an electrolyte mixture for them?
