I Just got 19 coturnix today and while figuring out the pen accommodation one of then got its toenail cut off. I saw that and a little bit of blood and figured it was no big deal but a few minutes later I found her with her belly covered in blood as well as the leaf litter below her. I picked her up and gave her a good look over and it was still that darn toenail! I ran and got some super glue and tried sealing the nail closed but it kept bleeding through. I got the bleeding stopped until a few hours later it started up again. How can I fix it if she makes it through the night? I left her with one other quail that doesnt pick on her, Its only in there for warmth and company.
