She is a female, but her mate 'cute' is also a female... i know... anyway, I clipped one wing (THANKS!!!!) and put her back outside, but the other ducks are picking on her, since she can't run OR fly now, so I have to find separate quarters... good thing DH isn't home.. he likes his workshop to be poultry-free...
Oh yeah, I have some ducks with clipped wings. The ones with one wing clipped spin out when they try to fly. The ones with two wings clipped can at least go faster in the direction they want to go even though they don't get much lift. Maybe you should clip the other wing also so she can at least keep going in the direction she's trying to go when she tries to fly.
