Hi all, newbie here!
We have ex-bat and "posh" chickens, plus Indian runner & Campbell ducks, we've incubated most of them ourselves.
Sadly, two nights ago a fox got through the electric fencing (with no sign of his entry or escape route) and took 2, 3-week old ducklings and injured 2 adults from inside the duck house, chickens were thankfully safe. One of the injured adults died from her wounds and probably shock, but the other one seems well, except one of her legs is completely bent backwards. If we move it forwards she can stand, and we kept her in a bath overnight to rest it, and she can paddle it, but she cant keep it forward by herself, so can't walk at all.
Any ideas would be greatly received
Thanks
