The chickens scratched the hole to sun bathe in and the duck usually go in there as well

How deep was the hole? Could she have fallen in and broken something?

Have you let her have a warm bath so you can examine her and make sure no other injuries. How is she this afternoon?

She can't stand but she can kinda move her toes are folded down and I think she may have broken them

If you move them, do you think she is in pain? Are they swollen, hot?

Don't use soap on her or any kind of detergent. It will take off the oils on her feathers. Just let her wash. You can make a boot for her an old plastic container you can cut the size of her foot then wrap in vet wrap to cover sharp edges. then place her foot on top and use vet wrap to keep it on. Very gently open her toes so they are in normal position.
Piece of heavy card board can be used too. But you'd have to keep her inside if you use cardboard or it will fall apart once wet. Cool whip containers etc work good for plastic.
