Germolene ingredients
Germolene is a range of antiseptic ointments and creams which provide soothing protection for minor cuts and grazes, scalds, blisters and sunburn. The main ingredients in the Germolene range are Phenol and Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

Phenols are toxic to birds so I would not use that.
