Injured Foot on Chick

So yesterday I got 8 pullets and since it was night time I did not check to see if any were injured or anything. (My mistake obviously) Today in the morning I go to check on them and notice one is just laying down. She gets up to walk away but lays right back down. So i inspect her and notice one of her “knuckles” are inflamed. (I’ll attach a picture) so is there anything I can do? I already separated her from the rest to avoid her getting stepped on.

Yeah that’s what I thought but I called and they said that they don’t do “returns” or exchanges since they have been contaminated. Though I am fully committed to helping this baby

They really ought to refund you though, even if they don't want the chick back (unless it's not enough to bother with).
