Injured guinea :-(

One of my females has been limping for a few days and I'm not sure what to do. I keep them all in a covered run with a shed - will let them out soon as the weather is getting much nicer. I can't imagine what she did to her leg, but the limp is pretty bad. I tried to check her out, she's still feisty, eating, etc, just not moving around much.

The leg is still pink, not visibly broken so maybe its a sprain? I can't imagine how she got injured in the pen!

Should I try to do anything, or just let nature take its course?

Just keep an eye on her and make sure she isn't being harassed. I had one with a terrible limp. She flew just fine though and recovered eventually. I have no idea what she did and she still moves a little differently than the others, but scratches and flies just fine.
