Injured knee on my emu?

I had a pair of 18 month old emus delivered to me two weeks ago and all seemed fine, running around, eating, drinking. Around the first week mark I noticed a slight limp on my male emus left leg and now it has gotten worse to where he doesn’t like to put pressure on it. I went down to inspect it and felt his right knee first and then felt his left one that was giving him trouble and felt slight swelling and a small pocket of fluid. Does anyone know what could have caused this, and what I can do to fix what’s bothering his knee? Antibiotics, lance the fluid, anything at all helps please and thank you.
