Injured leg/hip? duckling

Sorry to hear about your duckling.

Could you post a video of the duckling walking? You'll need to upload the video to a video platform like Youtube or Vimeo first, then copy/paste the link here.
This was him two days ago. I can't tell if he's improved or not, I'll post a second video of him in a few hours.

Did little on get stepped on? I’d keep him on a surface where he can have better traction. Is he On any form of niacin? Since the leg is hurt I’d give some liquid b complex TSC has best. It will say injectable but just peel off foil an draw out 1 ml and put over a tasty treat.

It does look like it’s putting more weight on the leg.

It does appear that she injured her leg at some point in time. The good thing is she's starting to put a lot more weight on her foot, so, really just give her some more time to rest, keep her in a soft padded area (It's best she not be on the hardwood flooring) with plenty of food and water near, a few bath's a day would likely be beneficial to help reduce some of the swelling that might be going on, and relive some of the weight off her legs.

As @Miss Lydia mentioned, you can give her some B vitamins which will help promote over bone growth, and development. And, if you want, you could get some DMSO gel, the active ingredient is dimethyl sulfoxide, and it's quite frequently used in both animals in humans as an anti inflammatory, it also has antioxidant effects and is readily absorbed via skin/scale.

You'll be able to find some either online, or at your nearest feed store (TSC), simply dab a bit onto your hand and slather it onto the affected her as needed. I prefer the gel as it "sticks" to the skin better than the liquid.

Best of luck with her, and keep us posted.
