Injured or sick chickens HELP PLEASE!!

Hello,
This morning I found 2 of my little pullets laying on the floor one had its wing held out to the side like it was broken but I picked her up and she moved it and held it against her side both of them can't walk one of them can kinda flop around and move but the other cant move at all i thought one of the older chickens may have stepped or fallen of the perch on them but now I don't know because there are 2 others out there that just lay around and don't really do anything but they can still walk around and do but a lot if the time they are just lazing around and I looked at one of them and all the feather by her vent are covered in diarrhea what do you think I should do I was going to put some Antibiotics and Electrolytes and some other vitamins what do you think?

I'm not sure what's going on do you think you can post a photo of her so we can see? maybe that will help. how do her legs look? are they curled under her or sticking straight out? is she paralyzed in any of her parts? how is her breathing is it normal any sound when she breathes? has she laid lately? look listen and feel for any more clues to what is wrong. as for the diarrhea you can try giving a probotic to see if that helps with that. I think a picture might be helpful in her diagnosis. I wish you the best.

She carries her legs under her and she is only 3 months old so no laying yet her breathing is fine she is normal other then not being able to walk right it feels like her hip might be dislocated

You shoukd take her to a vet or where you got her. Handle jer carefully!!!

There aren't any vets in the area who do chickens and where I got her is three hours away so what I can do I have to do here by myself

Well I suggest that you look up online chicken vets and call them up or something
