Injured quail beak

One of my bobwhite quail's beak looks broken, he doesn't seem to ever close it. Is there anything I can do? Seem's to be ok weight wise not loosing much if any weight.

if it can eat and drink, and is not suffering, i don't think I would worry about it too much. tou might consider a kitchen gram scale to track weight just to be sure though.
