our little rhode island red(7 months old) was attacked 8 days ago by a dog, luckily i managed to separate the dog from her before he killed her. she ran into the ditch when we found her, we put an antisepitic on the wounds. we separated her from the other hens. Since they have healed and scabbed. however the the one wound has exposed what we think is her lung, she is rasping all the time.

1)this is her side wound on her leg. it is just a flesh wound.
2)This is her neck wound where the dog bite her. we think the
black objects is her lung.
she was standing up for the first few days and looked very healthy, she was even eating, every night we cleaned her wounds. however then 5 days ago infection set in, she became weak and could not stand or move wings. she would not eat or drink. I squirted water into her mouth with a syringe. she was getting about 30mls. there was vitamins dissolved in the water and antibiotic to help fight infection. Since then she has started to move her wings and is showing signs of getting better. she is eating some worms (with my help but not on her own) and some liquid food dissolved in her water. she will not drink much on her own. she doesn't move around much and can't walk. her poo is a yellow colour.
is there anything i can do for her? how much water should she be drinking? How much should she be eating?will she be able to walk again? thanks
