Injured roo

I posted earlier about my injured rooster. He had a limp so I didn't let him roam for about 3 weeks. The last few days I started to give him some yard time. He still has a limp but not as pronounced. Yesterday I noticed that he is stepping on his wing. Can I clip that and if so, how?
He's just a little over 8 mos. old.

Can't clip the wing but you can clip the feathers on the wing

I would advise you look up how to do it properly though
