Well we haven't culled him yet because he acts like NOTHING is wrong! Is there a chance he can get sick and spread it to the flock? Btw... Tom still walks right up to the dog (that used to sleep in the coop with the birds when they were littler)

This is not a disease..it's wounded! Keep it from the others if only for the fact it's injured and trying to be a tough tom without showing pain!
