Injury or fowl pox?

What is this on my hens comb? There are several scabs and the holes, if a scab comes are pretty deep. She also has one on her waddle and had one on her ear but it's gone. Are these from getting pecked? Or should I be concerned about disease of some kind?

Looks like dry fowl pox. Separate since it's super contagious.

I usually don’t separate because it’s not very serious, but it wouldn’t hurt!
