Injury or something worse?!?

2 1/2 days of NeoPolyBac Ophthalmic Ointment, less swelling around the eye, less watery. Cheek is still really swollen
What the heck is in her eye? It is not on the other side...

Still no nasal discharge

You can see she wipes her face on her neck

Any new suggestions?

Mmm, so it's not an ear infection, although she does look a little better in the last pics, I would keep administering the eye cream, and start researching the use of tylan, if there is no further improvement . But the use of antibiotics is a personal choice. Completely up to you. I took a roo to the avian vet with facial swelling like hers, and he had an ear infection. The vet gave me water soluble antibiotics, and as he predicted it was all cleared up in 5 days. That visit cost me $130 .
But at least now I have the antibiotics on hand, and feel confident that I will recognize the symptoms next time.

Removed a tiny piece of what I can only think of is scratch, or feed from under her third eyelid. Slathered her eye with the eye ointment again, hopefully she will be feeling much better soon!!!
Couple more days of ointment should do it if that was the problem.

Ok, here we are a month later. The swelling never did completely go away. Now it is very swollen again. Still acting normal, eating and drinking well. So, this is something worse...... I also have a speckled Sussex with a lump the size of a pea in front of her eye. She is lethargic, walks slow, comb paler, drinking and eating ok. Going to pick up the tylan 50 tomorrow after work. How do I find out which diseases it could be? Most of the birds are fine.

Unless you are prepared to take her to the vet, then it becomes a process of elimination .
Have you wormed your chickens lately, have you checked them over for mites and / or lice. These are probable causes for pale comb and lethargy. With the eye,I would be inclined to irrigate it daily with saline . Does she have any sneezing or wheezing ,cold like symptoms
Is there any foul odor about her head area? Any fluid coming from her nostrils? Have you looked inside the ear canal? Sorry same questions as before, but a month has passed and if you were dealing with a respitory disease I would think it should have progressed to some of these symptoms by now.

Agree with fancychooklady.

I don't know if the sites I've linked to have the info you need but maybe something in them will help you make a diagnosis. I don't use the mainstream treatments personally if at all avoidable, but you must of course do what you believe is right, and I hope you find what it is soon. Best wishes.
