2 of my new laying girls got into it yesterday evening. This one's ear is a little bruised and maybe has a little hematoma in there? Do I need to do anything for this or just leave it?

It will heal on its own by the looks of it. If there's no bleeding on the underside or anything then I would let it be and it should go away as any bruise in a few days or weeks. If there's bleeding or cut on the underside I would put antibiotic ointment or poultry wound spray but other wise nothing is needed. This happens to my boys often since I have an all rooster flock.2 of my new laying girls got into it yesterday evening. This one's ear is a little bruised and maybe has a little hematoma in there? Also forgot to mention their fighting could be them establishing pecking order. It should subside once order is decided. If it gets out of hand and more injuires occur I would recommend separating them until better times.2 of my new laying girls got into it yesterday evening.
