ink seeped through quail egg shell

so I used an ink pen on the dark eggs to mark an x to know where I was turning the eggs and it seeped through (i think) will this kill my chicks

I've been using a Sharpie marker to mark eggs for a long time. I've never had an issue with it, and I've never seen where its seeped through the shell. If that were to happen, I'd think that particular egg must be very porous and shouldn't be set anyway.
