Inner eyelid problem. What can I do?

Somethings going on with Tiny’s third eye lid. Anyone know what and what I can do about it?

It almost looks like Cherry Eye in dogs. I don't know if chickens can get that though. Do you have a vet you can take her to?

Looks like it was pecked, & pulled on. I'd apply Triple Antibiotic ointment to it.
