Inside house duck

I have 2 dogs and now a single indoor duck. I need ideas for a easy to clean, easy to move, and safe from dogs duck house ideas. She was in a play pen but I decided since I will be at work and my husband will be watching her that she needs more room and a little water.

I brought in a kiddie pool and put it inside a little dog play pen. I'm wanting to cover the pool in synthetic grass, my husband probably won't be to happy. So I would love to see what other people have. And what you use for the flooring . I use blankets but I'm going to need a new washer if I keep running it 8 times a day
