Insides coming out her butt

I noticed one of my hen's has part of her insides coming out of her butt. She seems to be okay but it looks nasty and is strating to smell a little. Is she okay or is she stew?

Sounds like prolapse. Gently wash with saline solution, to clean. Replace the prolapse and apply Prep H. Keep the hen in a dark cage in a quiet location to slow up egg laying. If this is what you are seeing in your hen, the prolapse may need to be put back in place a couple of times a day until it finally stays. Separating her from the other birds if you have any is a good idea, as they may peck at the prolapse and that can cause worse problems.
