Insight or help?

Hello friends of the chicken world I am in the process of getting rid of my last gamefowl and I will have a nice clean yard for my future free range (non) aggressive fowl. I want to have a yard of beauty and calmness to enjoy life is too stressful to have stressful chickens. I have a few random questions. I will be attending the Unifour poultry show in Rowan county NC March 1st I plan on bringing home a load to start my yard with. Bantams and Large fowl is what I want to have a variety. I also plan on ordering some from a hatchery if I cannot find all I want at the chicken show. I was considering the rare breed assortment just to be surprised and see what comes out of them or should I order what I already know I will be getting? I want to get the majority at the show if at all possible and hope some of you all going and plan on bringing chickens to sell will message me and let me know what you got and I might buy them from you.
