Melatonin gives me vivid nightmares so I drink caramel tea to get sleepy
Then Melatonin may be what gives them to me. I know I have them because often I wake up slowly and remember a bit of one so I know I have lots of them. I do not want a drug for a sleep aid. I my cut down to 3 mg instead of 30mg of Melatonin and make sure no caffeinated tea after lunch meal. A peanut butter snack with nightly meds may help.

I‘m up by 5, in the summer, it sometimes is 3 am 😩 the problem is, it doesn’t matter when I go to bed, I still wake up that early 🙄 that’s why I don’t like going out in the evening, I already habe so little sleep and then I KNOW I will get even less 😬
