Installing incubator fan kit need help with wiring.

They send this darn green paper and expect me to be smart... lol I can not figure out what wires need to be connected I'm a picture person not a word person.
I have got it in now what wires need to be connected what wires in the incubator need to be connected to the fan wires? Thank you for your help

Steve, I have found the mecca of installing these wires! I was so upset with this awful green sheet of paper. Found out all you need to do is take one of the fan wires connect to one of the wires from the plug (in) wire, then take the other fan wire and connect it to the remaining plug (in) wire... Good golly why could they just not say this on the silly green paper. I hope this will help others who are like me and need pictures. LOL
