My hens will eat anything that can't run away from them -- even frogs. They love that oatmeal. When it's leftover, they get it.

I gotta warn the meter reader to be careful when he goes in my backyard now and am thinking of hanging a "Beware of the Birds" sign on the fence (just kidding)...

mine love oatmeal with sugar and cinnamon! which makes me wonder..will a tiny bit of sugar hurt chickens?
also, the oats you get at the feed store, can they be used for people too? we go through oatmeal like water!
