Instructions, pictures and a list of materials to build a plucker

Looks like it would work about like my table top plucker. You should do a YouTube vid of it in action and share it with us.

Great job. Is it your own design?

To Answer some questions: The cost of the plucker will vary, some stuff I had already and some I bought especially for this. I had to buy the fingers, the bearings, the galvanized pipe, the PVC caps, the bolts, nuts, washers, the bits, and the lag screws. This total came in at around $80. Already had the electric motor because it goes to a meat grinder that we have, I already had the stand, already had the belt and the PVC pipe length, and had the pulley. If I had to buy these things the motor would probable cost $10-$20 at a flea market or yard sale (find it there you do not want to buy one new because of the expense), the stand maybe would cost $30 made out of completely new lumber, and the belt and PVC pipe length maybe $10. This is totally my own design, I saw pictures of the table top pluckers on the internet but could not fork out $300 for one, so I came up with the basic plan out of my head and started buying materials for it and made changes along the way and ended up with a very satisfactory plucker. I have no way to make a video of it or I would share it with all of you, sorry.
