Insulated Nest Boxes .... looking for ideas

Any tips for me? I only have to make one, it will be located on an interior wall of our shed coop and I want it to be insulated- mostly for sound.
I know it has to be a minimum of 14" high 14" wide and 12 inches deep... is bigger okay? If yes, how much bigger? Just a few inches?

Size sound good but is the heat going to be a issue? Hens spend a lot of time in the box and easily dehydrate
